Chris’ Cross Country Drive to DC – Day 3

My third day on the road… Started in Amarillo, TX.. a pretty civilized city, although there was the fragrant smell of animal poop in the air :) . Stopped at the best freewat rest stop ever in Texas — they even have Wi-fi at the rest stop! Now we can all use the toilet, and browse the net at the same time… all the comforts of home.

For dinner I stopped in Oklahoma for some BBQ at Wild Horse Mountain BBQ — mmmm.

    Gah…why do I still remember that. Surprised you didn’t mention all the brown vegetation in OK (that’s still mostly in the North though).
    Glad you just passed through and don’t live there. =)

    Hi Chris! :-) I really enjoyed your videos! Seems like there are only carnivores in oklahoma…not even omnivores. Hope ur having fun. How was defcon?

    Tiff: Thanks! There was a pickle — so I guess that’s qualifies as a vegetable :) . DEFCON was awesome… disorganized, and way too many people… but still awesome :)

    Will: Hah — yeah, there wasn’t really that much to see in Olkahoma. I really tried to find a tourist attraction, but all I could find was BBQ :)
