Ursula the Sea Witch Cosplay at the San Diego Comic Con 2017 Masquerade cosplay contest. Ursula is a villainous sea witch from Disney’s The Little Mermaid. This costume is very impressive, and looks like something that could be worn on stage at a Disney Themepark. Ursula the Witch was design and worn by Jose Davalos.
