A complete tour of the Las Vegas Strip from the Mandalay Bay to the STRAT on New Years Eve. Once a year the Las Vegas Strip is closed to all vehicles and people are able to actually walk on Las Vegas Boulevard to celebrate the New Year. The full closure of the strip is from the New York New York to the Wynn/Encore and generally starts around 8pm on New Years Eve.
