Ichiran Ramen has become famous for their “solo booth” or “cubicle style” seating. When you eat at Ichiran you don’t ever have to see the face of any humans that are serving you. You order at a vending machine, place your ticket on the counter, and out comes your ramen. Ichiran is the perfect restaurant for anti-social folks and introverts everywhere! Not only is Ichiran an introverts dream, I think it has some of the best ramen in Japan. The tonkotsu ramen soup base is very flavorful, and I really enjoy the garlic option.
