The concept of “Resort Bubbles” has been brewing for quite awhile during this pandemic, but it’s officially real. The Hawaiian island of Kauai launched their new “enhanced movement quarantine” program this week that officially establishes resort bubbles at six hotels on the Island. Travelers can now visit Kauai with only a “short” 3-day quarantine at one of these resorts.
