Las Vegas Hawker-Inspired Food Hall UNVEILED @ Resorts World

A preview of the 16 Asian hawker-style food stalls that will be opening this summer blending Eastern and Western food culture at Resorts World Las Vegas. The 24,000-square-foot hall will serve authentic street food from around the world to Resorts World Las Vegas. When “Famous Foods Street Eats” opens it will have the most Michelin Plate and Bib Gourmand recognized concepts under one roof in the USA. These are awards which originated as a way to honor restaurants that offer exceptional food at a reasonable price.

1 Ah Chun Shandong Dumpling – Originally from Hong Kong. Serving traditional Shandong dumplings.

2 Boon Tong Kee – Started in 1979 in Singapore’s Chinatown. Famous for traditional Hainanese chicken rice.

3 FUHU Shack – Serving up a western reinterpretation of one of China’s most desired dishes with Peking Duck Burritos.

4 Geylang Claypot Rice – Founded over 40 years ago and one of Singapore’s favorite claypot eateries.

5 Googgle Man’s Char Kuey Teow – Originally a street side stall from Malaysia. Char means “stir-fried” and kway teow refers to flat rice noodles. Typically served with shrimp, bloody cockles, Chinese sausage, eggs, bean sprouts, and chives in a mix of soy sauce

6 Kuru Kuru Pa Yakitori – Created by GRAMMY-nominated DJ and producer Steve Aoki and his restaurateur brother Kevin Aoki, this Japanese and anime-inspired concept will feature a variety of yakitori, kushiyaki and yaki onigiri along with a selection of signature drinks and mochi.

7 Nori Bar – Nori Bar offers an authentic sushi experience

8 Pepita’s Kitchen – Originally from Manila in the Phillipines. Known for it’s lechon, which is a roasted suckling pig.

9 Springleaf Prata Place – A South Indian restaurant from Singapore. Specializing in Roti Prata.

10 Ten Suns Braised Beef – From Bangkok Thailand. Specializing in Thai braised beef soup.

11 Tiger Sugar – The Taiwanese bubble tea shop, best known for their famous Black Sugar Boba Milk.

13 Mamak – The translation for a sundry store in Singapore

14 Streetbird Las Vegas – Streetbird Las Vegas is a love letter to one of America’s favorite foods: fried chicken.

15 Mozz Bar by James Trees – offering fresh mozzarella and burrata.

16 Blood Bros. BBQ – A critically acclaimed Houston hotspot that will serve up classic Texas barbecue.
