Hawaii is reopening for tourism in August so I want to answer a question I get often “Which Hawaiian Island is Best?” I’ll be comparing the Hawaiian islands in these areas: Beaches, Food, Nightlife, Hotels, Transportation, Shopping, Hiking, Adventure, & Big Attractions.
The state of Hawaii has 8 populated Islands, 130 if you count all the little rocks in the sea. But there are six main Hawaiian islands which most tourists visit:
Oahu
Maui
Kauai
Hawaii (Big Island)
Lanai
Molokai
