Join us as we eat at a Michelin Starred Korean Monastic Food restaurant in Seoul, Balwoo Gonyang. It’s a full five course meal, all without any garlic, onions, chives, wild chives and Chinese squill. Some dishes are indeed bland, but some were quite amazing. Particularly the mushroom dish was delicious and the signature dish of the restaurant.
