Due to the pandemic many Las Vegas hotels and casinos are closing during the middle of the week. The latest to join the list is the Mirage, which will be closing it’s entire property Monday-Thursday including the hotel, casino, restaurants, and the volcano. In this video I’ll rundown the other Las Vegas hotel & casino closures.
The Encore tower at the Wynn is also closed Monday’s at Noon through Thursday. Encore’s closure like the Mirage includes the hotel, casino, and restaurants. The Wynn next door is open.
The Palazzo, the sister resort to the Venetian is closed for hotel reservations entirely. Palazzo’s casino/restaurants, shops are still open.

In other “bummer” news.. The only buffet currently open on the Las Vegas strip is closing in Jan. The Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan, which reopened “Cafeteria style” has announced they will be closing on January 10. Between the lack of visitors midweek, and the 25% capacity limit they just couldn’t make it work.
The only remaining buffet open in a Las Vegas Casino is the Garden Buffet at Southpoint.
