Balboa Fun Zone and Balboa Pier in Newport Beach California

The Balboa Fun Zone is one of Southern California’s oldest and last great coastal amusement areas and is fun for the whole family. Located in Newport Beach, California, the Balboa Fun Zone has been entertaining guests since 1936. You can ride the Ferris wheel, visit the arcade, but you definitely shouldn’t leave without taking a ride on the Balboa Island auto ferry. Also make sure to visit Newport Beach’s oldest building, the Balboa Pavilion built in 1906, now the terminal for the Catalina Express ferry.
