Crystal Cove State Park is one of the largest remaining examples of open space and natural coastline in Orange County California. Crystal Cove features 3.2 miles of beach, in a nearly 4,000 park including hiking, biking, and equestrian trails. Located between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach, this is my favorite State Park in California. The park also features the federally listed Historic District, an enclave of 46 vintage rustic coastal cottages originally built as a seaside colony in the 1930’s & 40’s.
