Hawaii reopening update for July 2021: Starting on July 8, travelers that have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the USA will be able to bypass the 10-day quarantine, and will no longer be required to get a COVID-19 test. Restaurants also go to 75% capacity. Masks are still required indoors.
