I review the Mango Shave Ice at Ice Monster in Tokyo Japan and compare it to Ice Monster in Taipei Taiwan. Ice Monster is a Taiwanese chain of Shaved Ice shops specializing in their “Mango Sensation.” Ice Monster opened in Japan a few years ago in Harajuku. In 2016 Ice Monster has a pop-up shop in the Tokyo Midtown complex in Roppongi.
