The Japanese Food Expo is an annual event held in Hollywood that celebrates the vibrant world of Japanese cuisine. Join me on my all-you-can-eat eat-a-thon through this event where I’ll sample some delicious sushi made from a robot, hacho miso, sake chocolate, butter cookies, karage, frozen pudding, yakisoba, imitation crab, beer, and more! This year the Japanese food Expo was held at the Hilton Los Angeles / Universal City.
