A review of Momosan Waikiki by Michelin starred Chef Morimoto. Momosan opened in 2018 to rave reviews for it’s creative take on Japanese noodles. Ramen is front and center at Momosan. The gyoza is pretty good too! I really enjoyed the Tan-Tan Ramen.
