A tour of the the biggest Japanese cultural festival in Southern California. Held at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, this three-day celebration showcases customs, cultures and traditions of the “Land of the Rising Sun.” The fair features taiko drum performances, tea ceremonies and sake tastings. This year it hosted more than 100 vendors. My favorite food item… definitely the A5 Wagyu from Shin Sen Gumi.
