Rick Steves’ travel philosophy encourages people to explore less-touristy areas of destinations and to become immersed in the local people’s way of life. Rick has literally “written the book” on traveling to Europe with his series of guidebooks on European travel. I often cite Rick Steves as one of my inspirations for starting Yellow Productions. In this video I’ll share 20 things that I’ve learned from Rick Steves to form my own travel philosophy. I’ll also share some of the areas that Rick and I disagree on when it comes to how to travel.
